1. How are you able to provide such low booking rates ?

The low room prices for booking that we offer have been negotiated directly with each hotel in the city. We are trying to be competitive and offer you a pleasant stay on very reasonable price for Frankfurt hotels.

2. How can i make reservation for hotel in Frankfurt?

There are few ways to make a reservations for hotel in Frankfurt.
- The easiest way is to use our 'availability' form on the homepage; This will give you a list of all available hotels , their room prices and various details;
- Another option to book hotel is to go to each specific zone (city area) in Frankfurt or select a hotel by specifying its Start-Rating and look what hotels we offer based on your criteria. Each hotel has its own details and reservation price. From each specific hotel page you can also use the availability search option and check if a particular hotel is available.
- Third way would be to use the feature and 'search' for specific keyword using our search bar - top lef of each web page. Then you will see details of all hotels containing your search string.

It is important that you provide a valid e-mail address for the hotel reservation.

3. Why do you need my CreditCard for the reservation process?

In order to 'secure' a specific room for you in the selected hotel we need your credit card details. This is normal procedure for booking with all hotels around the world. Please, take note that in most cases your Card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel in Frankfurt and sometimes it would be charged after check-out procedure.

4. What credit cards (Visa,MC,Diners,etc) are accepted for the reservations?

Each hotel has a different policy about what type of credit cards accepted. To be sure your card is accepted please take a look at the details page of the hotel you select.

5. Why is my Credit Card not accepted for reservations?

There might be different reasons why a credit card is not accepted - the hotel doesn't accept the type of the card, you may have entered your billing details wrongly, you do not have enough balance to secure the booking - although you are not charged the amount is blocked until checkout at hotel, your card may be expiring before you arrive at hotel or even an error in the electronic payment system.

6. Is this price per 1 person or per 1 room?

In most cases the price is per room, although some hotels may have specific price per person. You can check specific details when you initiate the actual booking process and then a detailed price will be listed. Sometimes the prices might even be lower if you are booking room for 1 person.

7. How could i get the exact address and obtain a map of hotel?

On a specific hotel 'details' page we can provide you with hotel address and google map. In some cases even a 3D satellite view of the area around the hotel. Also note that when you complete the hotel reservation you will get e-mail message with all the details your may need. Including telephone and e-mail of the hotel selected by you.

8. Is breakfast included in the price?

That is very dependable on the hotel. Some hotels offer breakfast in their price, while other does not include breakfast. You can find more details on the specific hotel 'details' page.

9. I wish to cancel my booking for a hotel. How to do that?

After you finish the hotel reservation process you will receive full details on your e-mail. In the details received you could also see the web link from where you could cancel a specific reservation. Please note that sometimes if there is less than 24 hours until hotel check-in there might be no option for canceling - i.e. no refund. It is very important that you provide a valid e-mail address for the reservation process.
